I have serviced several non profit businesses who wanted to digitize their intake process since Covid-19 hit. Instead of bringing people into their offices to complete forms, upload files and receive certifications and assistance, these companies wanted to take their intake process online. In order to do this, I had to map out their intake process, develop a system of tasks and notifications, and methods for moving contacts through several different processes.
